How long does it take to make an order?

Most orders are made after they’re placed. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes. Every item is designed, printed, assembled, and packaged in South Carolina.

What materials do you use?

Most products are printed using high-quality PLA filament, a durable and environmentally friendlier plastic commonly used for decorative and functional 3D printed items.

Can colors vary?

Yes. Due to different filament batches and monitor settings, colors may vary slightly from the photos shown.

Can I request a different color?

Absolutely! Many of our products can be printed in different colors. Contact us before ordering if you don’t see the color you want.

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Are your products handmade?

Each item is designed, 3D printed, cleaned, and quality-checked by us before it’s shipped. Every order receives individual attention.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
